I know, I know! I'm not trying to shirk my duties or anything, I promise. Squarespace support is amazing for solving technical issues or fixing bugs that I can't solve. And to respond a lot faster than I can. Like instant. To be totally transparent, I have probably used them to answer your questions before. I can't know it all, that's why I have a slew of people to support you and me on this crazy journey.
To use Squarespace support, navigate out to your main menu and click Help.
If you have a general question, type it in the search bar and find an article that applies to what you're looking for. If you're experiencing a specific glitch or problem, click Contact at the top.
Fill out the form about the problem you're experiencing. If you don't see what you're looking for or you don't know what it's called, that's OK. Just click through until you get to the screen you see here:
The two blue arrows at the top are the form where you need to select what best applies to the problem you're experiencing. Squarespace will then populate help articles that might answer your question (grey box). If not, you can send them an email (orange circle) and get a reply within 24 hours, or you can start a live chat (blue circle) if they're open.
They're always ridiculously happy to help and I have yet to have an issue they couldn't help me resolve. Thumbs up all around.
